Payments and Deposit
To secure your booking, a 20% deposit is required, which will be deducted from the total amount charged to you. Please settle the full payment at least forty-five (45) days before departure to avoid cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit. For last-minute bookings within forty-five (45) days of departure, immediate full payment is required. Kindly handle any bank charges, including transaction fees. Cancellations
We understand that sometimes plans change, and cancellations may be necessary. Here's everything you need to know about our cancellation policy: Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the office that confirmed your reservation. They will only be effective upon receipt by the booking office. In the unfortunate event of a booking cancellation, the full deposit will be retained by the company. Cancellation fees are as follows: Until 45 days prior to departure: 30% Cancellation Fee 45-30 days prior to departure: 50% Cancellation Fee 30-15 days prior to departure: 75% Cancellation Fee Less than 15 days prior to departure: 100% Cancellation Fee Please note that the company reserves the right to cancel any tour at its sole discretion, without prior notification if unavoidable. However, in such cases, the company will refund all monies already paid by the client. This refund will be the company's sole responsibility, and no claim for damages will arise against the company. Visa And Passports
To ensure a smooth journey, it's important to take care of your travel documentation. Here's what you need to know: Passports, visas, health certificates, and vaccinations must be in order for the countries you'll be visiting. The client is solely responsible for their documentation and related matters. The company cannot be held liable for any consequences or claims resulting from incomplete or incorrect documentation. Baggage and luggage
When it comes to your baggage and personal belongings, it's crucial to be in control. Here's what you should know: You hold full responsibility for your baggage and personal effects, as the company disclaims any liability for loss or damage, regardless of the circumstances. For your convenience, you are allowed one bag, not exceeding 15 kg, preferably a backpack or soft bag rather than a hardtop suitcase. Additionally, a daypack is permitted. Please be aware that excess baggage might not be accepted. Keep in mind that specific regulations for baggage may apply to trekking tours and "bush" flights.
